Executive Leadership
Our executive team guides the overarching vision, culture, and operational integrity of CHOSEN. They ensure our staff has the resources they need, our facility partnerships remain strong, and our faith-based values are reflected in every organizational decision.
Clinical Leadership
Led by our Medical Directors and Directors of Nursing, our clinical leadership sets the standard for medical excellence. They oversee complex patient care plans, monitor quality assurance metrics, and ensure our clinical practices meet and exceed regulatory standards.
Our Interdisciplinary Care Team
No patient is cared for by just one person. When you choose us, you are supported by an entire interdisciplinary team of dedicated clinical and spiritual professionals working in absolute harmony to address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
